These terms and conditions (“T&C” or “Terms”) govern your access and use of our online platform viz. https://www.starverse.digital(“Platform”) which is owned and operated by Starverse AI Private Limited (“Starverse” or “Us” or “We” or “Our”), through which the user (“User” or “You”) can engage in AI-based astrology consultation, astrology based guidance and other allied services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you are entering into these Terms. You should read these Terms carefully before starting to use the Platform. If you do not agree to be bound to any term of these Terms, you must not access the Platform.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, subscribers, and any person accessing or using the Service.
01 — Eligibility
The User unequivocally declares and agrees that the User is a natural/legal person who is an Indian citizen and has attained the age of at least 18 years and is legally allowed to enter into a contract in India. By signing up to these Terms and registering with Us, the User hereby undertakes to agree and abide by the Terms detailed herein. If the User violates any of these Terms, or otherwise violates an agreement entered using the Services, we may terminate the User's agreement with Us, User's membership, delete his/her profile and any content or information that We may have and/or prohibit the User from using or accessing the Services at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice.
02 — About our services
Starverse is an AI-powered self-reflection and astrology-based application. The Services include AI-powered astrology-based interpretations, personality insights, compatibility reflections, daily guidance, timelines, journaling prompts, AI-generated conversations, and other content designed to support self-awareness and personal reflection.
03 — No emergency, medical, or mental health service
Starverse is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, medical diagnosis, psychiatric care, crisis support, legal advice, or professional consultation.
If you are experiencing emotional distress, self-harm thoughts, abuse, crisis, or a medical or mental health emergency, or if you feel that any other person may be in any danger or if you have any medical emergency, contact qualified professionals, emergency services, or trusted people near you immediately or call the police.
The Platform is not designed for use in any of the aforementioned cases and the Platform cannot provide the assistance required in any of the aforementioned cases. If you proceed to use the Platform notwithstanding this notice, you do so entirely at your own risk.
The Platform is not intended for the provision of clinical diagnosis requiring an in-person evaluation. It is also not intended for any information regarding which drugs or medical treatment may be appropriate for you, and you should disregard any such advice if delivered through the Platform.
Do not disregard, avoid, or delay in obtaining in-person care from your doctor or other qualified professional because of information or advice you received through the Platform.
04 — Nature of astrology and AI content
- Starverse provides astrology-based, symbolic, AI-assisted, and reflective content for informational, entertainment, self-awareness, and personal growth purposes only. The Service is not intended to replace independent judgment, professional advice, or qualified human support.
- The Service may use astrology rules, symbolic interpretations, computational models, artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, or other automated methods to generate content.
- All astrology-based, symbolic, predictive, reflective, or AI-generated content is provided for informational, entertainment, self-awareness, and personal reflection purposes only. It is not professional advice and must not be treated as medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, religious, or career advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions in areas requiring professional judgment.
- Astrology is prediction based and the prediction and analyses may vary with changing facts and circumstances, and therefore, can be subject to errors and omissions and should not be understood as guaranteed facts or outcomes. Starverse does not guarantee the accuracy or universality of any astrology interpretation.
- Starverse does not guarantee that any prediction, timeline, compatibility analysis, career suggestion, relationship insight, personal trait description, or daily guidance will occur, be accurate, or apply to your specific circumstances. Future-oriented content should be treated as reflective guidance or symbolic interpretation, not as certainty.
- Starverse does not guarantee that any prediction, compatibility analysis, timeline, personality insight, recommendation, or AI-generated response will be accurate, complete, meaningful, or suitable for your circumstances.
- This Platform is intended for recreational purposes and should be used in conjunction with such context and manner.
- The content, images, text, or other materials on Platform may have been created or assisted by artificial intelligence (AI). While we review AI-generated content for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee that all information is free from errors or omissions. Accordingly, any results and/or data generated from Your usage of the Platform may be subject to errors and should not be relied on as-is. The Users should undertake an independent review and consult an expert wherever needed.
05 — Account registration and security
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account or sign in using third-party authentication services. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated account information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
06 — Information you provide
To generate personalized astrology-based insights, the Service may request information such as your name or display name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, gender where relevant and optional, preferences, relationship or compatibility inputs, messages, journal entries, reflections, and other information you voluntarily submit. Our collection, and usage of such information will be governed by the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that information provided by you is accurate. Incorrect birth details or incomplete information may affect the nature and relevance of the insights generated.
“User Content” means any information, text, messages, prompts, journal entries, reflections, birth details, feedback, images, or other materials submitted by you through the Service.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Starverse a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, display, and transmit such content solely to operate, secure, and personalise the Service and generate your responses. We do not use your User Content to train AI models. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
07 — User responsibilities
You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must not use the Service to harm, harass, abuse, threaten, exploit, defame, impersonate, or violate the rights of any person.
You must not upload or transmit unlawful, misleading, hateful, obscene, infringing, malicious, or harmful content; attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, hack, or disrupt the Service; use automated tools without permission; or use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes.
08 — Intellectual property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, user interface, design, branding, logos, content, visual elements, systems, algorithms, documentation, and underlying technology, are owned by Starverse or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.
09 — Subscriptions, payments, and refunds

We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of the Services and/or the results/outcomes from the usage of the Services. Users are encouraged to consult with qualified professionals prior to making any decisions based on Services, as any reliance upon such information is entirely at the user's own risk.
- We expressly disclaim liability for actions taken or not taken based on the Services, and users acknowledge that such information may be periodically reviewed, updated, or revised by the company. The Platform, services and other materials are provided by the Website on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind, express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including the implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Platform also disclaims all liability with respect to the misuse, loss, modification or unavailability of any User content.
- The User understands and agrees that any material or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Platform is done entirely at their own discretion and risk and they will be solely responsible for any damage to their computer systems or loss of data that results from the download of such material or data. The Platform accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, with respect to any information provided to you whether on behalf of itself or third parties.
- We hold no responsibility or liability about the reality or reliability of the astrological effects on the human physiology, by the Services, any other products or Services. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you shall create any warranty.
- The website is not a suicide helpline platform. If you are considering or contemplating suicide or feel that you are a danger to yourself or to others, you may discontinue use of the services immediately at your discretion and please notify appropriate police or emergency medical personnel. If you are thinking about suicide, immediately call a suicide prevention helpline.
- Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to the Platform, for the service during the term of membership.
- We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, wars, pandemics, cyber-attacks, or disruptions in telecommunications.
13 — Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Starverse AI Private Limited, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
This includes damages related to reliance on astrology or AI-generated insights, emotional distress caused by interpretation of content, decisions made based on the Service, loss of data, loss of profits, service interruptions, unauthorized access, third-party services, or device/software issues.
14 — Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Starverse AI Private Limited, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, or costs arising out of your use or misuse of the Service, or use or misuse by any other person using Your account, violation of these Terms, violation of the Privacy Policy, violation of applicable laws, User Content, or infringement of third-party rights.
15 — Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create security or legal risk, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate your access to the Services if, in our discretion, there is any breach of the Terms by You, and/or for any other reason as we may deem fit.
16 — Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between User and Us with respect to and govern User's use of the Services, superseding any prior written or oral agreements in relation to the same subject matter herein.
We and the User are independent parties and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer relationship is intended or created by the Terms.
If any provision of the Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deleted and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and be enforced.
All related icons, wordmarks, and logos are registered trademarks or trademarks or service marks of Starverse in various jurisdictions and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights laws. The unauthorized copying, modification, use or publication of these marks is strictly prohibited.
Our failure to enforce any right or failure to act with respect to any breach by User under the Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right nor a waiver of our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
We shall have the right to assign the Terms (including all of our rights, titles, benefits, interests, and obligations and duties in the Terms to any person or entity (including any of our affiliates)). Users may not assign, in whole or part, the Terms to any person or entity.
Clauses relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
17 — Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service.
